Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
(Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.)

Shipping Duration

• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
• International shipping: Duration varies by country

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.

FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS

Masmuqa is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable contact number
• Recipient not available

Re-delivery charges may apply.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only for:
